Career Highlights Nicholas Arciniaga graduated from Cal State Fullerton in 2006 before making his marathon debut in Chicago where he qualified for the Olympic Trials with a 2:16:58. Since then he has finished in the top 10 in several major US marathons, including Boston, New York, San Diego, and Houston. Nicholas has been ranked top 10 in the US for the Marathon from 2008 through 2010, and is currently 2nd in the US with his 2:11:30 from Houston in January. |

Aaron Braun joins McMillan Elite after finishing up an impressive collegiate career at Adams State College in 2010. While a Grizzly, Braun was a 16-time All-American and earned 6 National Championships. He was a part of 2 National Championship Cross Country teams in 2008 and 2009 and an Indoor Track National Championship in 2010. |

2011 USATF 10 Mile Championships - 3rd Place
Brett Gotcher finished his career at Stanford in 2007. Showing his range as a distance runner, he capped off his collegiate career with personal best at 1500m (3:44) and at 10000m (28:51). Gotcher helped the Cardinal win the 2004 and 2005 Pac-10 cross country championships and is a three-time Pac-10 All Academic selection. He has represented the United States multiple times and at the 2003 Junior Pan American Games he took the gold medal in the 10000 meters. Since arriving in Flagstaff, Brett has made a breakthrough in the longer distances, leading to a National Championship in the 2009 20km Championships, a win which also qualified him for the World Half-Marathon Championships. Brett debuted in the 2010 Houston Marathon, running the fourth fastest American marathon debut of all time.

Career Highlights Emily recently finished a solid collegiate campaign in 2008 at the University of Virginia. She is a three time All-American, twice in cross country and once in the indoor 5k. One of the only athletes at the University of Virginia to be All-ACC and All-Region all four years in cross country. As a senior she finished 6th at the NCAA Cross Country Championships. Emily also twice qualified for the Outdoor NCAA Track and Field Championships in the 10k. In 2009, Emily led the McMillanElite women to a spot on the podium at the USATF Club XC Championships with a 6th Place finish. |
| Career Highlights 2011 RRCA Roads Scholar Recipient Megan Herrick finished her running career at the University of Minnesota as a three-time All-American and a two-time Individual Big Ten Conference Champion. She steadily progressed and improved throughout her collegiate career, leaving the University of Minnesota as a school record holder in 4 events. Megan is excited to join McMillan Elite, feeling a strong fit with the team and coaching philosophies. She hopes to further develop with this great opportunity in a high-altitude training environment, improving upon her current personal bests and exploring longer distances as well.

Career Highlights Jordan Horn completed his eligibilty at Cal State Fullerton in the Spring of 2007. During his senior year, Jordan qualified in the 10,000m with a solid personal best of 29:02. At the 2007 U.S. 10 Mile Championships he posted a solid finish among a strong field, capturing 15th place in his first U.S. Championship Race. 2009 was a breakthrough year for Jordan Horn, who recorded an amazing personal record of 13:31 in the 5000m run at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational. He also finished in the top 10 at two USATF Championships, helping him earn a spot on the US Team for the Chiba Ekiden Relay in the fall of 2009.

Career Highlights Kellyn Johnson finished her collegiate career at Wichita State in 2009. Kellyns' breakout season came her senior year qualifying for NCAA Championships in cross country, indoor and outdoor track. Kellyn won three events at the MVC Conference Indoor Championships while also setting conference meet records in all three events. She earned All-American status by finishing 3rd in the mile at the 2009 NCAA Indoor Championships and by finishing 11th in the 5000 at the 2009 NCAA Outdoor Championships. Kellyn looks forward to continuing her running career in Flagstaff, AZ with McMillan Elite. Here she hopes to explore different distances and continually improve and develop as a runner

Career Highlights College Stephanie Rothstein finished her college career at UCSB in 2007. She stepped out onto the National stage in Track & Field at the 2006 Stanford Invitational, in her first attempt at 10,000m putting herself among the best in the USA. She broke not only the UCSB, but also the Big West Conference record and found herself ranked 10th in the U.S. Her performances at UCSB earned her the honor of Big West Female Track Athlete of the Year and UCSBGauchos.com Female Athlete of the Year. She left UCSB as a 2 time All-American in the 10,000m. She went on to place 12th at the Olympic Trials in the 10,000m. Stephanie transitioned well to the longer distances, debuting in the half (1:13.20) and the marathon (2:40.07) in 2008. She has been on several U.S. teams including NACAC, Chiba and Yokihama Eikiden. |
Career Highlights Scott Smith began his running career at Dana Hills High School and he went on to run for UC Santa Barbara. Joining McMillan Elite enables Scott to continue his pursuit of running in beautiful Flagstaff, AZ. He’s looking forward to training with really fast people and becoming as good as he can be. He is very excited and grateful for this opportunity. |

Career Highlights Andrew Lemoncello has been one of Scotland's best runners since a youth having won 20 national championships (road, track, cross country, mountain) to date. Andrew also has the 2nd fastest all-time steeplechase performance by a Scot. While attending Florida State University, he set school records in the indoor 3,000m, 5,000m as well as outdoor records in the steeplechase, 5,000m and 10,000m (also an ACC record). Lemoncello won 11 ACC Championships. Now a professional and returning from the World Track & Field Championships in Osaka, Japan, Andrew has relocated to Flagstaff, Arizona to continue his rise to the top of international distance running.
